El Pajaro’s 10th Anniversary Celebration

Tara Lynn Gray, our State’s Small Business Advocate, celebrates the 10th Anniversary of El Pajaro’s Kitchen Incubator with Carmen Herrera, CEO of EP CDC, and Heidi Pickman, VP of CAMEO.  Three strong women leaders are making a difference!

100 food businesses have benefited from the incubator and have gone on to create jobs and new products in Central Coast counties.  The program includes a cold storage facility for organic produce and a new small batch co-packing plant to increase sales.
